Shipping Information

Shipping is a flat rate or in-store pick-up is free.

*Le Fleur Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

If shipping a return from an online purchase, the shipping is at one's own expense. 


Clearance/Marked down/Sale items are not eligible for return. 

Shoes, jewelry, & accessories are not eligible for return. 

You may not return an item if it has been used, washed, damaged, worn, or if the tags are removed. 

Make sure to inspect your item for any defects we may have missed before removing the tags. We cannot replace items that are damaged after you washed it. 

You may return new & unworn items within 14 days of initial purchase for a STORE CREDIT only. No exceptions. 

If you would like cash back, you are welcome to sell your item on a Buy, Sell Trade Facebook page.

Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. We make every effort to have the items listed on our site, but occasionally items may be out of stock. You will be notified if there are any modifications to your order. Please continue to check our website as we are continually updating our online boutique with great merchandise you will love!
