Shipping Information

U.S. standard shipping is free & in-store pick-up are free.

International shipping option available at checkout

*Le Fleur Boutique is not responsible for lost return packages and recommend you insure and track your package.

If shipping a return from an online purchase, the shipping is at ones own expense. 

Returns

Please be sure to fill out a return form and include it with your return. All items must be returned to us in the condition they were received in. Items must be returned unworn, unwashed and smoke, deodorant and perfume free.

The following items are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned:

  • Items purchased with sale of 30% off or more
  • Sale Items
  • Jewelry
  • Sunnies/Eyewear
  • Hair Accessories 
  • Bodysuits + Bralettes + Intimates

Once delivered to us, returns will be processed within 7 days. Any items sent back to us that are not in compliance with our return policy will be shipped back to the customer at their expense.

Make sure to inspect your item for any defects we may have missed before removing the tags. We cannot replace items that are damaged after you washed it. 

You may return new & unworn items within 14 days of initial purchase for a STORE CREDIT only. No exceptions. 

If you would like cash back, you are welcome to sell your item on a Buy, Sell Trade Facebook page.  

We understand certain circumstances & if you have any questions regarding the return policy, feel free to call or email us.

ADDITIONAL RETURN DETAILS:

Original shipping fees are non-refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the customer. We strongly suggest choosing a shipping option that provides you with a tracking number so that you can make sure your return makes it back to us. We are not responsible for any returns lost in the return shipping process.

    Because we are a boutique, our inventory is very limited and exclusive. We make every effort to have the items listed on our site, but occasionally items may be out of stock.
